Hello All,

since it is such bad weather outside,  I thought I would take a few minutes to update everyone on the situation in our house. Steve was handling his knee replacement very well until two weeks ago and he had a setback. We saw the doctor twice in two days and he had a blood clot around his knee. The doctor asked him to apply heat so that it would dissolve off. We had to get emergency help in again to take care of Brian.  Then he had a regular appointment and at office his leg blew up like a basketball again. He was in so much pain that he was not able to walk into the examining room and had to have two nurses help him. The doctor is not sure what is going on. He put him back on two crutches and no weight bearing at all.  Once again we needed caretaking for Brian.  My asthma has still not resolved so I have been coughing a lot.  Our household  was really topsy turvy.  We are just taking each day as it comes to see what we need to do next.  Please continue to keep us in prayers as we try to heal.
